Ambulatory Clinical Leader Cardiology Practice

Responsibilities

• Balance 50% administrative management and 50% direct clinical care within the cardiology practice
• Recruit, retain, and develop clinical staff while managing performance
• Coordinate educational and training programs for all clinical staff
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (DNV, OSHA, CLIA)
• Implement clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency, and productivity
• Act as a communication conduit between staff, providers, and the organization
• Provide direct clinical care to patients and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, OR an Associate Degree in Nursing with commensurate experience
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse (with BSN) or five years (with ADN)
• Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a medical office setting
