Ambulance Driver

Responsibilities

• Check ambulance condition and equipment including fuel, tires, lights, and sirens
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle and medical equipment
• Ensure routine vehicle servicing is completed according to schedule
• Conduct daily inventory checks of medical equipment and maintain reports
• Maintain constant availability for emergency hospital tasks
• Assist in moving patients between treatment rooms and the ambulance
• Clean and prepare the ambulance after each patient use
• Collect operational data and prepare reports for superiors
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training

Requirements

• Minimum High School or Vocational High School graduate
• Basic understanding of medical procedures and patient care
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations
• High attention to detail regarding documentation and vehicle readiness
