Ambulance Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate ambulance vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with traffic laws
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and navigate efficiently to locations
• Assist in moving patients from scenes to ambulances and from ambulances to medical facilities
• Maintain ambulance cleanliness and ensure all necessary medical equipment is stocked
• Complete accurate documentation for patient transport, including medical conditions and care provided
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families during high-pressure situations
• Participate in ongoing professional training for emergency medical protocols

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (SIM) with a clean driving record
• Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate
• Basic understanding of medical procedures and patient care
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in unpredictable emergency situations
• Knowledge of local roads and routes in Makassar, South Sulawesi
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work long hours and irregular shifts
• Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)
