Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Commit to a 40-hour W2 week consisting of approximately 25 hours of clinical production and 15 hours of Ambassador leadership responsibilities
• Select a specialty track (mentorship, education, network, market presence, or operations) that matches personal strengths and network needs
• Operate as a formal leader within the Skin Clique network
• Work with colleagues to explore marketing, operational, clinical, and financial opportunities

Requirements

• Active Clinician with Skin Clique in good standing
• Proven track record of clinical excellence and base service revenue (target $350K in core services)
• Demonstrated year-over-year growth of 25%+
• Commitment to substantially grow practice from current levels
• Ability to work independently within defined program responsibilities and timelines
• Strong peer credibility and history of constructive contribution to the network

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity within the network
• Proven track record in a specific contribution area such as education, mentorship, visibility, or operations
• Strong administrative follow-through and comfort with structured deliverables
