Responsibilities

• Use product knowledge to actively sell, style, and offer fit advice
• Introduce and educate customers about the brand's mission, values, and ethos
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and restocking
• Process, organize, and prepare inventory
• Foster emotional and social connections within the store environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 16 years of age or older
