About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Amazon Connect technical and functional expertise to sales teams, project teams, and customers
  • Lead the implementation of Contact Center Transformation solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services
  • Participate in business development discussions to architect and recommend optimal solutions for client needs
  • Develop implementation estimates and plans for the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support
  • Oversee the preparation of technical documentation such as architecture diagrams and deployment guides
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding contact center best practices and industry trends
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lex, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation)
  • 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience working with business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of contact center technologies including IVR, ACD, call routing, and workforce management
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex contact center solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Active AWS certifications or the ability to achieve them upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or ServiceNow
  • Experience leading workshops or meetings for C-suite and executive-level stakeholders
  • Subject matter expertise in defining and understanding common service KPIs and metrics
