Amazon Connect Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement contact center services leveraging Amazon Connect and related AWS services
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to define technical designs that meet business objectives
• Build custom components and configure Amazon Connect environments
• Execute testing to validate that built products perform as expected and meet security requirements
• Create and support DevOps tooling, including infrastructure as code
• Participate in deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities
• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture and workflow diagrams
• Provide technical and functional expertise to sales teams, project teams, and customers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on contact center best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting contact center solutions with Amazon Connect
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lex, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation
• 2+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience working directly with stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages, specifically Python or Node.js
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and capabilities related to contact center use cases
• Active AWS certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
