Amazon Connect Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide Amazon Connect technical and functional expertise to sales teams, project teams, and customers
• Lead the implementation of Contact Center Transformation solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services
• Participate in business development discussions to architect and recommend optimal solutions for client needs
• Develop implementation estimates and plans for the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support
• Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams and deployment guides
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding contact center best practices and industry trends
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client business goals

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (e.g., Lex, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation)
• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience working with stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Strong understanding of contact center concepts including IVR, ACD, call routing, and workforce management
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Active AWS certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience leading or supporting conversations with executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Directors)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations involving multiple workstreams
