Amazon and Marketplace Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon listings, including titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images
• Manage Amazon Seller Central cases end-to-end, providing necessary documentation
• Monitor account health, listing quality reports, and suppression alerts
• Conduct keyword research and track performance using tools like Helium 10
• Support Amazon advertising ecosystems (Sponsored Products, Brands, and DSP) by organizing campaign data
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and data reports for marketplace performance
• Follow and improve SOPs and checklists for marketplace operations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing real ASINs and Amazon Seller Central
• Proficiency with keyword research tools like Helium 10
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and conversion optimization
• Ability to manage and export advertising campaign data accurately
• High level of data accuracy and spreadsheet proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Humble, hungry, and people-smart attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces
• Experience in regulated or health-related product categories
• Experience supporting international marketplaces
