AM Front Server

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to Forbes Five-Star standards
• Take orders and serve menu items promptly following established timing standards
• Manage guest checks and ensure proper payment processing
• Set gueridons and tables before service and assist in clearing/set-up during service
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas
• Communicate guest comments or complaints to management

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Forbes 5 star standards
• Basic knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods
• Working knowledge of Info Genesis system
• Familiarity with Colorado liquor laws
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in all breakfast and lunch menus
• Strong selling techniques for menu items
• Experience with wine-cellar operations and wine-by-the-glass offerings
