AM Core Receiving

Responsibilities

• Inspect, identify, document, and receive Detroit Diesel core components
• Conduct routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and compliance
• Package and prepare pass-through core materials for shipment to distribution centers
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards
• Perform 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists to maintain a safe work area
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of preferred experience in a similar environment
• Previous experience with core identification and strong product knowledge
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to obtain forklift and fall-protection certifications
• Strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
