About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and mechanical products, including printed circuit boards and wire harnesses
  • Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
  • Operate production equipment for assembly and perform intermediate tasks such as potting, cleaning, and epoxy bonding
  • Utilize hand tools including screwdrivers, measuring devices, and crimping equipment
  • Perform go-no-go testing and inspections to ensure parts meet production specifications
  • Comply with ESD handling procedures and ISO9001 requirements
  • Box and label products according to established standards
  • Participate in team huddles and group projects to meet production demands

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, diagrams, and memos
  • Basic mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
  • Manual dexterity for grasping, manipulating, and assembling small components in close proximity
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain close-range vision
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in electronics manufacturing
