About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical products, including printed circuit boards and wire harnesses
- Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
- Operate production equipment for assembly and perform intermediate tasks such as potting, cleaning, and epoxy bonding
- Utilize hand tools including screwdrivers, measuring devices, and crimping equipment
- Perform go-no-go testing and inspections to ensure parts meet production specifications
- Comply with ESD handling procedures and ISO9001 requirements
- Box and label products according to established standards
- Participate in team huddles and group projects to meet production demands
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, diagrams, and memos
- Basic mathematical proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
- Manual dexterity for grasping, manipulating, and assembling small components in close proximity
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain close-range vision
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing
