AM Allocator

Responsibilities

• Manage transport allocations, optimize routes, and dispatch metro deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation for run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance
• Keep customers informed regarding scheduled deliveries or potential changes
• Commit to and participate in Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Strong geographical knowledge of VIC metro and surrounding areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while remaining organized
• Experience in transport load planning or fleet allocation is highly regarded but not essential
