About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Glion Alumni Association, supporting the creation of a global ambassador network and a joint activity plan.
  • Build and maintain personal relationships with influential alumni globally to activate long-term engagement.
  • Manage the Glion Alumni digital platform, including content planning, commissioning alumni stories, and managing service requests.
  • Support the organization of global and regional events, focusing on marketing, communications, and ticket sales promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the Networking Committee and Educational Counsellors, to facilitate alumni connections.
  • Organize and host alumni visits, reunions, and activities during on-campus recruitment days.
  • Showcase alumni achievements through creative written, film, and audio content in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team.
  • Develop B2B relationships with key alumni to secure internships and employment opportunities for students and graduates.
  • Manage and report on data related to employer partner contacts and job opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, hospitality business, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector or in a premium customer loyalty/engagement role within an international business.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French or other additional languages.
