About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage alumni relations and services, including maintaining contact details and tracking graduate progress and outcomes
- Design and execute alumni-focused programming, professional development, and social functions
- Facilitate alumni engagement through various in-person and virtual group and individual settings
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of student professional development, summer enrichment, and coaching sessions
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities to connect alumni with current Wolverine Pathways scholars
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends regarding college access, career readiness, and job searching
- Assist with the planning and staffing of additional program events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (2026 spring/summer graduates will also be considered)
- Successful prior completion of the Wolverine Pathways program
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience with student or group facilitation and event planning
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to creating a more equitable society and supporting low-income communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with student outreach
- Degree in a relevant subject area such as education, psychology, student affairs, sociology, or social justice
