Alumni Relations Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with distinguished alumni to support engagement and mentorship initiatives
• Serve as the college liaison for alumni relations and represent the college at key events
• Advise departments on alumni engagement strategies and advisory council development
• Plan, execute, and assess alumni events both on campus and out of state
• Maintain alumni records and support alumni data requests
• Provide strategic guidance to the Dean on alumni engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, business, communications, or a related field
• Experience building and managing relationships with alumni, volunteers, and donors
• Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience planning and executing events for external audiences
• Proficiency using CRM systems and engagement databases
