Alumni Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alumni engagement programs, class reunions, and various alumni events.
• Partner with Career Services to facilitate mentoring, career panels, and networking opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with university colleges and schools to identify opportunities for alumni volunteerism and academic involvement.
• Support the Senior Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement with administrative tasks, including calendar management and scheduling.
• Manage travel arrangements, expense documentation, and logistical coordination for the department.
• Maintain accurate records of alumni engagement activities, volunteer participation, and program outcomes.
• Assist with outreach and communications to alumni audiences regarding upcoming programs and opportunities.
• Prepare administrative documentation, meeting materials, and requisitions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in alumni relations, higher education engagement, or administrative support.
• Proven experience in event coordination.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with student engagement programs, career services, or volunteer initiatives.
