Alts Data Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational workflows for Alternative data processing
• Develop and maintain effective process controls and accurate metrics to ensure quality standards
• Partner with members of the Research team to implement and run data quality validations
• Oversee the security master and security classification processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in the financial industry, securities modeling, post-trade processing, or trade-surveillance systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated approach to taking on responsibility
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, data providers, and internal partners
• Detailed documentation skills and strong follow-through techniques
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom (visa sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of alternatives investment data
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite
• Experience with SQL, Python (Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, PySpark), or Databricks
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Bloomberg, or Pitchbook
