Alternatives Product Development Manager - AVP

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Alternatives development programs by partnering with client-facing, product, and technology teams
• Manage development plans, requirements gathering, agile processes, testing, and capability roll-outs
• Facilitate program governance, including oversight of risks, issues, audit, and compliance items
• Act as a product owner within agile frameworks, managing epic and story creation and status tracking
• Collaborate globally to develop best practices and improve team capabilities for delivering new client services
• Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Support annual planning, funding, and resourcing prioritization activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience within the alternatives industry
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Jira, Clarity, and other development-related tools
• Proven experience in senior stakeholder management and presenting to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale programs within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated success driving outcomes across large, complex organizations
