Alternatives Private Markets RFP Writer and Presentation Designer - AVP

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses from initial intake through final submission
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, Technology, Legal, and Operations teams
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling proposal content tailored to specific client requirements
• Translate complex business, technical, and investment concepts into client-facing narratives
• Design and execute high-impact PowerPoint pitch books, client presentations, and infographics
• Apply design principles including layout, color theory, and typography to create professional visual storytelling
• Maintain and evolve content libraries, templates, and reusable marketing materials
• Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve drafting efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in RFP writing or designing financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Strong knowledge of Alternative Investments and fund structures
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• Proven experience in proposal management, bid management, or project management
• Exceptional writing and editing expertise with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with proposal platforms and content management tools
• Experience designing complex financial charts, tables, and technical maps
