Alternative Ops Transfer Agency, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the Investor Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and FATCA/CRS Team
• Provide technical and operational leadership to ensure case managers follow established policies and procedures
• Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for queries and escalations
• Oversee new and ongoing investor populations to ensure timely reviews and regulatory compliance
• Drive the development and implementation of procedures to meet internal controls and external regulatory requirements
• Conduct final reviews and quality assurance for appointed client investor files
• Support client servicing through board reports, presentations, and onsite due diligence visits
• Monitor team performance and provide developmental opportunities for direct reports

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Fund Administration (Transfer Agency or Investor Services experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of AML, FATCA, and CRS regulations and global AML policies
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• ACAMS certification or other relevant AML qualification
