About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day transfer agency operations and group workflows
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with various TA business units and other internal departments
- Manage client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure all requirements are met
- Monitor and manage internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Execute additional projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 1–2 years of mutual fund operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
