Alternative Ops Transfer Agency, Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day group operations by overseeing workflows
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with various Transfer Agency business units and other internal departments
• Manage client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure all requirements are met
• Monitor and manage internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Execute additional projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in mutual fund operations
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
