Alternative Ops Fund Accounting - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Pricing team to ensure all prices are sourced, stored, updated, and approved accurately and timely
• Review daily deliverables to maintain timeliness and accuracy according to SLA/KPI standards
• Manage client inboxes and coordinate day-to-day communications with clients, admins, and global stakeholders across time zones
• Oversee trade booking, submission, and reconciliation tasks, including audit file preparation
• Manage client and portfolio onboarding, including subscriptions, redemptions, and document retrieval
• Coordinate with the NAV team to clear breaks and monitor exception reporting
• Implement and maintain controls to reduce operational risk
• Prepare trade logs, trade counts, and KPI files
• Work in US shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST) and collaborate with upstream and downstream units

Requirements

• BCOM or MBA in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience working in Alternative Investments
• Proven expertise in performance measurement and fund accounting for Alternative Investments
• Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage associates across diverse responsibilities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CPA designation
• Advanced experience in managing complex alternative investment administrative solutions
