Alternative Ops Fund Accounting - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting and valuations for Private Equity and Hedge Funds
• Sign off on daily and monthly valuations and NAVs for LP clients
• Interpret PCAPs, ILPAs, Notices, and LODs to book capital activities and cash flows
• Act as a point of contact for client issues, queries, and escalations
• Review and validate executed controls and identify potential control gaps
• Manage and resolve cash breaks by following up with relevant teams
• Coach and audit processors to ensure quality and adherence to SLAs
• Participate in client calls and provide solutions alongside internal teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Alternative Investment operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Proficiency in Python tools and ability to manage complex data sets
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Understanding of asset classes traded in primary, secondary, and OTC markets
• Ability to work US business hours
