Alternative Ops Fund Accounting - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Review daily deliverables to ensure timeliness and accuracy according to SLA/KPI standards
• Manage client inboxes and action requests within established deadlines
• Complete trade booking, submission, and reconciliation tasks
• Communicate with clients and administrators across various time zones to resolve queries
• Coordinate with global onshore teams regarding urgent client escalations
• Prepare audit files for trades and manage client/portfolio onboarding processes
• Coordinate with clients and administrators regarding AML/KYC related queries
• Prepare trade logs, trade counts, and KPI files
• Collaborate with the NAV team to clear breaks and implement risk-reducing controls
• Monitor exception reporting and provide insights on resolutions

Requirements

• BCOM or MBA in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience working in Alternative Investments
• Proven expertise in performance measurement and accounting for Alternative Investments
• Ability to work in shifts and perform duties onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or CPA designation
• Proven ability to lead a team and associates across diverse responsibilities
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills
