Alternative Ops Clearance, Settlement, & Trading Ops, Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Manage daily processes for all applicable hedge fund clients
• Review aged failing trades and expedite resolution
• Interact with client counterparties regarding material issues and evaluate services
• Implement system requirements for new products and process improvements
• Identify and escalate unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy
• Deliver daily client reporting and day-to-day operational support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 0-1+ years of experience in custody or financial services
• Working knowledge of financial products
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
