Alternative Ops Clearance, Settlement & Trading Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Custody team to ensure all client deliverables are met accurately and on time
• Review reporting to ensure all client inquiries are addressed and requirements are satisfied
• Maintain heavy daily interaction with clients to build and sustain strong working relationships
• Manage internal workflows and ensure all client deadlines are strictly adhered to
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure to meet client deliverables
