Alternative Operations Reconciliations Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between funds and brokers
• Execute hedge fund reconciliation activities for cash, cost, and positions
• Reconcile dividends and market valuations of portfolios during month-ends to support GNAV calculations
• Manage market value reconciliation and expense accounting, including management, admin, and incentive fees
• Handle dividend and bond coupon accrual reconciliations
• Confirm trial balance ledgers tie-up with various sub-ledgers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or an MBA in Finance
• Hands-on experience using Bloomberg Terminal for corporate actions, coupon accruals, and security pricing
• Strong domain knowledge in reconciliation processes, specifically market value, transaction, and cost reconciliation
• Exposure to portfolio accounting and general ledger systems
• Understanding of various trading instruments including Equities, Options, Bonds, Futures, Spots, Forwards, Bank Debts, CDS, and CFD Swaps
• Ability to work under tight timelines and adhere to strict schedules
• Willingness to work in various shifts
