Alternative Investor Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
• Validate investor instructions and supporting documentation for compliance and completeness.
• Maintain and update investor records, static data, and account details.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of investor positions, transactions, and cash movements.
• Investigate and escalate discrepancies, breaks, or exceptions in a timely manner.
• Support responses to client queries and coordinate with global internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in process automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Hedge Funds, or Alternative Investment operations.
• Understanding of hedge fund structures, investor lifecycles, and capital activity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
