Alternative Investor Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the Centralized Pricing (CP) process to ensure all prices for Hedge, Private Equity, and Real Estate investments are sourced, stored, and updated accurately.
• Monitor client inboxes daily and action requests within strict deadlines.
• Coordinate with Global onshore teams, General Partners, Investment Managers, and counterparties regarding pricing queries and escalations.
• Support client and portfolio onboarding, including subscriptions, redemptions, and document retrieval from admin portals.
• Prepare files for various projects and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in all data entries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of Fund Accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Hedge/Mutual Fund Accounting operations and alternative pricing in Private Equity/FOF.
• Knowledge of securities language and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work US shifts (6 PM to 3 AM IST).
