About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service delivery to clients across all regions and service functions.
- Manage internal workflows, client deadlines, and team time management to ensure daily process delivery.
- Oversee the investment book of records, including trade execution, settlements, lifecycle events, and corporate action processing.
- Create and maintain cash and position reconciliations for internal fund accounting teams and clients.
- Build and develop relationships with clients, vendors, and internal development teams.
- Assist senior management in implementing new global operating models within the Private Credit product line.
- Identify and escalate unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy.
- Drive efficiencies through technological enhancements and participate in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience at a management level.
- In-depth knowledge of Private and Syndicated Loans, Notes, and Private Bonds.
- Strong proficiency in Geneva for the relevant product set.
- Deep understanding of processing functions including trade intake, settlements, and complex restructures.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA qualification (or being part-qualified).
