Alternative Investment Services, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc investment performance and underlying investment exposure reporting
• Perform ongoing quality control checks to ensure data integrity for review by Officers
• Collaborate with the data collection team to research and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with clients' investment managers to collect outstanding financial information
• Assist management with new client conversions, systems conversions, and special projects

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to Private Equity or Alternative Investments
