Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations, Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functional teams and oversee daily service delivery and production activities.
• Act as the primary contact and key escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise to resolve problems.
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, including client conversions and projects.
• Identify and implement consistent operational best practices to improve efficiency.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff through coaching, performance appraisals, and ongoing development opportunities.
• Assist with compliance and fiduciary reviews, audits, and the identification of suspicious transaction activity.
• Manage production activities for Shared Service Associates and escalate issues to Centers of Excellence (CoE) as needed.

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Custody and/or Fund Accounting.
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of securities language and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in various software applications and computer systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
