Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functional teams and oversee daily service delivery and production activities
• Act as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues and technical problem resolution
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, including client conversions
• Identify and implement consistent operational best practices to improve efficiency
• Train, develop, and motivate staff through coaching, performance appraisals, and ongoing development
• Assist with compliance and fiduciary reviews, audits, and reporting suspicious transaction activity
• Manage production activities for Shared Service Associates and escalate issues to relevant Centers of Excellence

Requirements

• BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Custody and/or Fund Accounting
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of securities language and legal requirements
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and working knowledge of various software applications
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client relationship management skills
