Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues
• Resolve inquiries from clients, Client Management, COEs, and shared services teams
• Maintain and monitor open items, issue logs, and project lists
• Manage the production activities of Client Support Specialists
• Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes
• Assist with client conversions and other strategic client projects
• Identify and implement consistent operational best practices

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required
• 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Direct experience working with the Bank Loan asset class
• Proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
