Alternative Investment Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide premium quality service to Financial Advisors and clients invested in Alternative Investment products.
• Prepare and review Net Asset Value (NAV) files to ensure accurate and timely account updates.
• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly NAVs received from fund administrators.
• Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies during the NAV and Capital Activity process.
• Reconcile ledgers, events, and trades while tracking key transactions.
• Evaluate procedures to reduce risks, strengthen controls, and improve process efficiency.
• Act as a key contact to resolve complex fund inquiries and manage day-to-day issues.

Requirements

• 12+ years of applicable work experience in financial operations or alternative investments.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and resolve intricate issues.
• Strong expertise in NAV review, analysis, and discrepancy investigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
