Alternative Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and commercialization of the Alternative Investments platform within Santander Private Banking, Switzerland.
• Focus on growing Assets under Management (AuM) and increasing penetration in alternative investments.
• Provide client advisory and translate complex investment strategies into actionable solutions for sophisticated clients and relationship managers.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of private market solutions, including coordination with legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Support product approval processes and drive cross-functional execution to bring new solutions to market.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in alternative investments, private banking, or asset management.
• CWMA certification is required.
• Solid understanding of private markets, including Private Equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive product adoption and AuM growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAIA or CFA designation.
• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese or French.
