Alternative Funds Structurer

Responsibilities

• Shape Private Markets opportunities by overseeing the creation of legal structures for single-asset closed-ended feeder funds and fund-of-funds
• Partner closely with Private Markets Origination, Distribution, and Life Cycle Management specialists to understand propositions and target audiences
• Manage the full structuring process to ensure delivery within agreed timelines
• Oversee due diligence processes and ensure information is shared with the appropriate stakeholders
• Build and maintain a detailed understanding of existing Private Markets products currently in the market
• Define product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands
• Manage product risk, including identification and mitigation of potential risks in alignment with control functions

Requirements

• Experience bringing Alternative Investment opportunities to private or private banking clients
• Deep knowledge of fund structures and offering documentation
• Understanding of product lifecycle events, such as capital calls and distributions
• Strong academic background with relevant technical or professional qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight timeframes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fiduciary requirements for different client types within a UK-based global private bank
• Established professional network within the Private Markets structuring industry
• Finance or Legal professional qualifications
