Alternative Delivery Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design development efforts across pursuits, detailed design phases, and preconstruction coordination
• Collaborate with construction and estimating teams to ensure integrated project delivery
• Manage design development activities including resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Direct the selection of design partners and consultants in alignment with contract requirements
• Review and supervise proposed revisions to contracts, technical provisions, and design requirements
• Monitor and report progress against design schedules and budgets
• Function as the primary contact for resolving design and engineering problems
• Provide technical solutions to optimize design and minimize construction time

Requirements

• 10 years of related work experience in alternative delivery projects
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in at least one state
• Familiarity with AASHTO, FHWA, and DOT regulations
• Experience with CAD and engineering PC software
• Ability to deliver design for large-scale infrastructure projects involving complex technical issues
• Experience with large projects ($500M+) such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, or P3
• Knowledge of construction means and methods
• On-site and field experience on civil projects
• Proficiency with scheduling software like Microsoft Project or P-6
• Willingness to travel as needed
