Alternate Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and coordination of Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at assigned installations
• Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel to ensure operational discipline and safety
• Serve as the acting Site Manager in their absence, maintaining authority over daily operations and decision-making
• Oversee aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
• Maintain a zero-harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control
• Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and personnel scheduling to maintain 24/7/365 service levels
• Inspect and audit work to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Technical Orders
• Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders and mission partners
• Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions to sustain mission readiness

Requirements

• U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
• Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling, airfield safety, and maintenance practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing TAS operations at locations such as Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Udeid Air Base, or Al Dhafra Air Base
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force TAS operations
