About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management and coordination of Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at assigned installations
- Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel to ensure operational discipline and safety
- Serve as the acting Site Manager in their absence, maintaining authority over daily operations and decision-making
- Oversee aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
- Maintain a zero-harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control
- Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and personnel scheduling to maintain 24/7/365 service levels
- Inspect and audit work to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Technical Orders
- Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders and mission partners
- Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions to sustain mission readiness
Requirements
- U.S. National with an active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
- Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling, airfield safety, and maintenance practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing TAS operations at locations such as Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Udeid Air Base, or Al Dhafra Air Base
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force TAS operations
