About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee field work crews and manage day-to-day operations to ensure deliverables are met
- Act as the primary point of contact between operations, staff, and client personnel
- Perform, record, and manage Job Hazard Assessments and implement QA/QC protocols
- Assist in developing quotes, work plans, and inventory replenishment
- Provide technical information regarding bird deterrent programs and radar system data
- Monitor software, troubleshoot errors, and assist in hardware maintenance of radar trailers
- Coordinate with technical specialists, environmental technicians, and ground crews
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in operations, leadership, or supervision
- Mandatory Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Ability to operate a boat
- Proficiency in using and operating test and inspection equipment
- Experience recording test results and writing brief reports
- Ability to work extended hours and shifts as required
