About the role
Responsibilities
- Support operational HR teams across 16 French establishments (3,000+ employees) with individual and collective labor law issues
- Conduct legal and case law monitoring in social law and manage communication routines
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions for HR teams to ensure proper application of labor law
- Provide legal support and social engineering for collective negotiations and CSE (Social and Economic Committee) preparation
- Support the implementation of HR projects and promote a culture of social dialogue
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Social Law or Human Resources with a strong legal focus
- Strong knowledge of social law and social relations
- Proficiency in digital skills, including database management, statistical analysis, and artificial intelligence
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
- Ability to demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in social relations is a plus
