About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to develop Lean Manufacturing solutions aimed at improving manufacturing conditions and productivity
- Develop new performance indicators to measure process evolution and improvements
- Create and update manufacturing process sheets (gammes de fabrication)
- Propose improvements to existing manufacturing methods
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Licence or Engineering degree (Bac + 2 level or higher) in Methods, Industrialization, or an equivalent field
- Proficiency with SolidWorks
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Professional English proficiency (B1 level)
- Strong interest in technical processes and continuous improvement
- Rigorous, participatory, and results-oriented mindset
