Alternant Mécanique (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the management and monitoring of mechanical maintenance interventions
• Analyze existing operating procedures and propose improvements
• Contribute to the optimization of the central mechanical workshop organization
• Support supervisors in the execution of maintenance activities
• Update and ensure the reliability of technical documentation
• Assist in failure analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Support the preparation of technical shutdowns

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CMMS (GMAO) software
• Understanding of project management and continuous improvement principles
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
