Alternant Informatique Réseau et Sécurité (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Provide user support by processing network and security requests from various agencies
• Assist the HelpDesk technician in receiving, qualifying, and resolving general technical requests
• Ensure the operational status of WAN links across different sites
• Contribute to the verification and maintenance of DHCP and DNS services
• Support the deployment, evolution, and monitoring of network infrastructures
• Analyze user activity and handle antivirus alerts in compliance with cybersecurity policies
• Participate in the administration of information system security elements
• Propose preventive or corrective actions based on identified risks
• Assist in user awareness training regarding cybersecurity best practices
• Manage the provision of VPN access

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BTS Informatique (or equivalent) apprenticeship program
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server environments
• Understanding of TCP/IP network protocols
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, WIFI, VLAN, VPN, and IP routing
• Strong sense of service and a methodical approach to tasks
• Ability to work effectively within a team
