About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform setup and fine-tuning of new molds on injection presses
- Work to reduce scrap rates and non-quality costs for series products
- Implement actions to improve safety and working conditions on the shop floor
- Drive productivity improvements regarding material usage, cycle time optimization, and equipment reliability
- Collaborate directly with Production, Tooling, and Plastic R&D teams
Requirements
- Currently a student in Plasturgie (Plastic Engineering) at ISPA
- Seeking a 3-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026
- Fluent in English due to the international nature of the environment
- Strong interest in field-based work and technical innovation
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous knowledge or experience in operating injection presses
