Responsibilities

  • Perform setup and fine-tuning of new molds on injection presses
  • Work to reduce scrap rates and non-quality costs for series products
  • Implement actions to improve safety and working conditions on the shop floor
  • Drive productivity improvements regarding material usage, cycle time optimization, and equipment reliability
  • Collaborate directly with Production, Tooling, and Plastic R&D teams

Requirements

  • Currently a student in Plasturgie (Plastic Engineering) at ISPA
  • Seeking a 3-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026
  • Fluent in English due to the international nature of the environment
  • Strong interest in field-based work and technical innovation
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge or experience in operating injection presses
