Alternant(e) - BUT Génie Mécanique

Responsibilities

• Implement and structure procedures for managing customer returns, both physically and within digital systems.
• Perform initial visual inspections and expertise on returned parts to support the quality team.
• Contribute to the technical analysis of automotive spare parts to identify product non-conformities or assembly errors.
• Participate in failure studies and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Methods, Quality Improvement, and Product Development to track improvement actions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BUT (Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie) in Mechanical Engineering.
• High level of autonomy, seriousness, and sense of responsibility.
• Basic notions of mechanics and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints/plans.
• Strong interest in automotive mechanics.
• Proficiency in written English and a motivation to develop professional language skills.
