About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and structure procedures for managing customer returns, both physically and within digital systems.
- Perform initial visual inspections and expertise on returned parts to support the quality team.
- Contribute to the technical analysis of automotive spare parts to identify product non-conformities or assembly errors.
- Participate in failure studies and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Methods, Quality Improvement, and Product Development to track improvement actions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BUT (Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie) in Mechanical Engineering.
- High level of autonomy, seriousness, and sense of responsibility.
- Basic notions of mechanics and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints/plans.
- Strong interest in automotive mechanics.
- Proficiency in written English and a motivation to develop professional language skills.
