About the role
Responsibilities
- Support commercial development and client portfolio growth
- Conduct targeted phone prospecting and follow up on leads and existing accounts
- Prepare contractual and one-off quotes
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer follow-up campaigns
- Enter data in Salesforce CRM and support administrative tracking
- Coordinate contract start-up with operations, logistics, and billing
Requirements
- Bac+3 student in commerce, sales, or business engineering
- Interest in environmental services or waste management
- Customer focus and strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation, teamwork, curiosity, and organization
- Basic sales and prospecting knowledge
- Comfort with office tools and CRM systems
