Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management Recycling department in the daily management and valuation of a real estate asset portfolio.
• Assist with asset operations including relocation, lease renewals, sales, insurance, and taxes.
• Oversee property managers and manage daily property operations.
• Contribute to the eviction process, including monitoring external providers, unpaid rent, termination protocols, and negotiating eviction indemnities.
• Participate in financial monitoring of asset profitability, charge optimization, and security deposit tracking.
• Maintain and update documentation, rental files, activity tracking tables, and management procedures.
• Provide data to other group services such as accounting, financial control, and fund managers.

Requirements

• Currently preparing a Master 2 in Real Estate.
• Previous experience in real estate management, ideally in the tertiary sector.
• Proficiency in office and collaborative tools.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• High level of organization, rigor, and versatility.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
